Holly Hagan showcased the results of her 40lbs weight loss as she credited '10 months of consistency' for her incredible body transformation.

The Geordie Shorestar, 31, shared a recent photograph of herself wearing a black bandeau bikini with a lace maxi skirt to show off the latest results.

In an older snap, Holly wore a black sports bra with blue cycling shorts as her husband Jacob Blyth carried their son Alpha, now 12 months, in the background.

Holly captioned the post: '1 year apart - 10 months of consistency, 40lb difference. This journey takes time. Especially post partum.

'We have to take it slow and build up that strength safely. 20 minutes was all I could do so that’s all I did.

'I started with our beginner programmes which I planned for myself to ease back in and I prioritised my daily walk. I made sure my calories reflected my activity level.

'It’s hard to be patient when the scales stay the same for 4 weeks, even though you know you’re doing everything right.

'It makes you want to throw the towel in, but you have to think with logic and not emotion. WE DO NOT DEFY SCIENCE.

'We are running a pre school holidays 8 week transformation challenge to give you the best head start before the kids are off school and your routine is out of the window.

Holly welcomed first child Alpha Jax in June and revealed she gained 50lbs during her pregnancy.

Holly and professional footballer Jacob, 31, have been married since 2022.

Jacob is currently a forward forNorthern Premier League Division One East club Bradford (Park Avenue).

He and Holly confirmed their relationship in June 2017. They announced their engagement in June 2019 and they married in June 2022.

Holly previously dated fellow Geordie Shore alum Kyle Christie from 2014 to 2017.

She is firm friends with Charlotte Crosby whose daughter Alba Jean shares the same initials as Alpha Jax.

In March,Holly revealed the results of her two stone weight lossafter embarking on a six-month work out regime after Alpha's birth.

She revealed she found it hard to receive comments from trolls over her postpartum body.

Holly again shared before and after photos of her transformation, wearing the same pair of purple leggings and a black crop top for the snaps.

While she looked incredible in both snaps, Holly admitted she was unhappy with her figure before beginning the health journey.

She told her fans that she didn't want to succumb to the 'quick fix' option of having surgery like she has done in the past.

The star insisted she 'knew she could get to where she wanted to be' if she applied some patience and consistency to her training.

Holly can currently be seen in Geordie Shore, which has been the case since 2022. She previously appeared in 2018–2019 and 2011–2016.
