Called and found they were not sure if the car was in stock and on top of the $ 34,511 price they add a $ 3,000 Dealer Fee no thanks

PJ was responsive and did all he could to help us, however the amount of dealer fees and unwillingness to negotiate was challenging. The car is listed is for $14,811 and with otd door was close to $20,000? Too much. Oh well.

Too many fees the dealership adds on making your vehicle not worth buying. Apparently they can’t get enough of their customers to buy the junk warranty they offer so they add it to the price of the car automatically. I was told I could not remove no matter what. So I bought a car elsewhere and they could care less. So, I would do some shopping around before you buy. Worth the looking around.

We came in to look at a vehicle we saw on line, but was told when we got there it had been sold earlier that day. We drove 19 miles to get there. Felt like bait & switch. They only had a few used cars on the lot and I had certain parameters, not unreasonable, but was told "I don't have anything else to show you." Felt dismissed. Won't ever go back there.

You ask to speak to a sales manager and it NEVER happens; no return calls. Then you email and leave messages for the General Manager, Enrico, who never responds or calls back. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR ENERGY!!!

Very dissatisfied with this dealer. Made an appointment to look at this Toyota Tacoma at 3 P.M. yesterday. Showed up for the appointment and found out the truck was sold and the representative Daniel Thommen that made the appointment with me on line, was not available. I made a long drive to see this truck and then to find out it was never even available.Would not recommend this dealer at all.

Cars are advertised at a great price, and as CERTIFIED. However, in the very end of the dealers long description of all the features, and how great the customer service is, is a note that "the certification" is an additional cost ($1995) so the great price is INTENTIONALLY DECEPTIVE. Then the added on DEALER fee, Transfer and Title fees were ridiculously inflated. I Was told many times this is a HOT car, and 30 days after I first contacted them (the car had already been on their lot for a while) it is still not sold.

They are the worst, over priced and total lack of coordination within the dealership in regards to contacting potential buyers. This means no call backs, when they say they will get back to you. When they callback it as if they never spoke to you about a certain vehicle. The left hand doesn't know what the right is doing..

Not good. Sales.people had no idea what they were selling. Eould not answear pertinent questions. Talked to three different people and.never found out my questions. Showroom music too loud to think. If you want a headache go there. Customer service is actually offensive. It's a crazy hectic slam dunkdealer

I have purchased over 20 cars in my life. This was the WORST experience I have ever had. Loud music playing, a condescending sales man and signing papers in increments with people that don't know what they are doing. Just like the low budget loud commercials he has! Stay away!

Sent 3 emails trying to get the price, every response was call us or come on over.. not once was I given the price, in fact I was told by the internet person they did not have that info? No worries I know now that when they open up their new dealership in Clermont I wont shop there..

I called to find out a little more about the car before making an appt. I was told I would get a call back. I did but it was only to make an appt, when I inquired about the options in the car I was told that a product specialist would call me back.... I’m still waiting for that call.

Typical used car sales person in a circus like atmosphere. When you go there the music is so loud you can't hear, people yelling and carrying on, not any place I would even consider purchasing a car.

I ask a simple question about the car: Does it have a backup camera, but they sent three promotional emails but no answer. I queried again and they suggested I call. Very disappointing!

Dealership only showed "stock photo" on Cargurus. Tried to set up appointment but dealers representative could not give any specific information re: subject vehicle, but said they already had a good offer for it. Ironically the same "stock photo" was also used by another Florida dealership with whom I had similar unsavory experience. Given the questionable coincidence I did not pursue the matter any further. Note: seven days later the same ad/photo remains in the Cargurus web site??????

The dealer did not have the car that was advertised available. There was a deposit on it even though I was told it was available when I called. I purchased a very similar vehicle elsewhere. I drove almost 40 miles to find out the car could not be purchased. They did try to work out the situation by trying to find another car but I did go elsewhere.

This dealer didn't have a clue, Drove all the way to the dealership and was told by the manager, He didn't know anything about a ford explorer, Also stated he didn't know anything about carGurus.. and he didn't sell Old junk cars. I would never go back there even if they where giving away cars . Also I have a audio recording of his comments. A very rude man.

I reached out on the 16th didn’t hear back from them until the 18th by then the truck was gone, I was ready to buy the person that I talked to said it was sold on the 17th I had cash in hand on the 16th

I Went to KIA, A Male sales men attended me He had me waiting for 40 Minutes to tell me they no longer had the vehicle i came into see.He proceeded to try to convince me to finance a new KIA, when i told him i did not want nor like kia he got all defensive and rude and told me what terrible machines Honda's are and that i have terrible taste in cars. i will never go back there again. i had a really bad experience.
