@TMobileHelp Tried those steps. Simple fact. We have done several service request to see why our service is so poor and there is no answers. Now, 5Guc is coming up on our phones, however it’s even slower than the regular 5G.

@TMobileHelp only time I can get a problem resolved is to publicly ridicule your terrible service and customer care. Thanks for not helping to replace a damaged phone while out of state and further thanks for doing nothing once I got home. You're 100% meeting expectations.

@NevilleRay @TMobile @Speedtest T-mobile sucks. They like to scam people. Promise them all this great stuff and then don't follow through. I rather pay a little more for Verizon. I get coverage every where.

@notdan @0x0f2g Sprint's network still operates mostly separately than T-Mo but not for much longer approx March 2022. The LEC component Sprint had was spun off to Embarq which I believe was gobbled up by CenturyLink. Though I believe T-Mobile did collect what was left of Sprints tier1 network.

@TMobile @TMobileHelp I live in Nashville, had Sprint. It was great! Now my service is worse than a 2003 flip phone... Yet, "T-Mobile and Sprint have merged to create the leader in 5G. We're on this journey because we believe it will be better for customers." U failed!

why is my cellular service significantly worse after putting in your new sim card? I never had a problem with Sprint but now with your new sim card i’m lucky if a text message sends in under 2 minutes. @TMobile @TMobileHelp
